60 years ago in 1947, Mr. Kim Ou Kung made and sold tofu by himself. There were no machine in the past.
In 1957, he brought a manchine and motor to help in production. ….…. tofu was only one product he produced under licence of “ Boonheng ”
At this present, we have developed and used new technology in manufacturing. We have good packaging to keep tofu fresh, clean, and have a good taste. Kinu and Momant brand are our products under licence of “ A Nurse & Ohayo ” that manufactured by Booncharoen Pokekaphan Co., Ltd. And placed by
J.T.T. Co., Ltd.

 
 
ABOUT SOYA BEAN
4 Ultra Process is sterilize system that we use in manufacturing. Soya bean milk has a high protein but it can be burnt if we use over heat.
 
 
4 Vitamin C in soya bean milk will be decreased if you soak in high temperature water.
 
 
4 Vitamins in soya bean will be decreased when you used a grind machine and it can make bubble, more over the taste would change and easily to go sour.
 
 
4 Temperature is important. If you use over heat, soya bean milk will be burnt and make a smell if it’s lower. The best temperature is low and slowly add to high, soya bean milk will be delicious.

4 Tofu that made from soya bean is the best thing we get from nature, you can cook by grill or instant eating, more over you can use soya bean instead of meat because there is no cholesterol, high nutrition especially protein that you get from soya bean is equal to meat.
